Mission Renaissance Children and Teen
Student Fine Art Gallery

When our students advance from our fine art drawing program into our fine art painting program we pay very special attention that we do not get too far ahead of our students, but ensure that they tackle the difficult act of oil painting in the proper gradient.

This not only allows them to "win" and make obtainable goals, but ensures the fine art student's forward progress. The frustrated fine art student who is not "winning" makes very slow progress and is in danger of giving up.

13 year old Storm demonstrates his understanding of the earlier visual fine art fundamentals that he has learned in earlier fine art classes in this remarkable 3 dimensional oil painting.

Storm accurately reproduces this clay peacock model onto canvas as you can see here.

We are proud to have Storm as a student in our Mission Renaissance fine arts program.

Storm has become a very talented artist. However he did not begin immediately able to accurately capture a 3 dimensional object and transfer it via oil paint and canvas.

He was taught the basic elements of fine art drawing and painting by way of The Gluck Method and gradually built his skills up to the level of a professional artist.

The same basic skills of drawing and painting our revealed in our convenient fine art home study Art of Drawing Courses!

If you and/or your child is a student of Mission Renaissance or the Art of Drawing DVDs - or
