A student at Mission Renaissance demonstrates to us that he has completed his training in drawing portraits and will be moving onto our painting classes.
Sketched in charcoal pencil this portrait of a man is very detailed. Notice the light reflecting of the subjects forehead and the color contrast in each strand of hair.

Not only is Larry Gluck a renowned artist he is also a renowned educator.
His Mission Renaissance schools teach over 3,000+ students each and every week. There are countless thousands of others studying in the comfort of their own home via our Home Instruction Learn to Draw Series.
Many colleges, including the College of The Canyons in Southern California, are beginning to discover the merit of his fine art instruction methods and are adopting The Gluck Method as part of their drawing and painting curriculum.
