Art program executives show works

GLENDALE - Busy executives prove this weekend that there is always time to paint.
The artists, all from Mission: Renaissance, a fine arts program, get together every Tuesday night at the main studio in Glendale. They are Yvette Robrigado, Crystal Foth, Houri Khadarian, Athena Mantle and Matt Barnes.
"This show proves to other artists that never seem to find the time, that there is always time available to paint," Barnes said. "All one has to do is decide there is time."
Their first show is being held this weekend at the main studio, 800 W. Doran St. An artist's reception is from 7 to 10 tonight and the show will continue from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.
